Hi! I am a writer and freelance journalist based on Oʻahu. My writing has appeared in HONOLULU Magazine, Hawaiʻi Public Radio, Honolulu Civil Beat, The Claremont Courier, The Feedbacker, and The Student Life.
I’m interested in exploring the intersection of creative and journalistic writing and in telling stories that challenge power structures and inspire human connection—particularly through the lens of gender. I’m happiest when I’m writing about/for other women.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pomona College, where I wrote my senior thesis on love religion, female desire, and death in Jane Eyre.
