Hi! I am a journalist and photographer with roots in Hawaiʻi, Singapore, and California. My writing has appeared in HONOLULU Magazine, Honolulu Civil Beat, The Claremont Courier, The Feedbacker, and The Student Life.

I’m interested in exploring the intersection of creative and journalistic writing and in telling stories that challenge power structures and inspire human connection—particularly through the lens of gender. I’m happiest when I’m writing about/for other women.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pomona College, where I wrote my senior thesis on love religion, female desire, and death in Jane Eyre. Currently, I am working as a digital media intern at Hawaiʻi Public Radio through the Dow Jones News Fund program.
